Job description:


To support the growth and expansion of Gauzy’s architectural business, we are looking for a Sales Manager to lead projects with top partners in the industry of windows and partitions glazing, and to create new leads and business opportunities in the office design industry.

The position is located in France.

This position will enable you to develop your expertise in the expanding industry of windows, partitions and smart design for offices and to manage key accounts technology projects, whilst working in an entrepreneurial start-up company.

Your tasks:

  • Generating new business opportunities in France for the office design industry in order to increase demand for switchable glass walls.
  • Generating new projects in the windows and partitions market and increasing the number of customer interactions in that market.
  • Managing customer relationships with key accounts.
  • Developing other segments of potential accounts such as healthcare, premium residential, hospitality etc.
  • Coordinate between the customer and the Smart Glass glazing partners in Europe.
  • Ensure projects objectives are met and overall execution is successful.
  • Align with the international sales team on leads and opportunities to increase growth in France. 



  •  5-7 years’ experience managing large office developments projects in the office design industry.
  • BSc or MSc in interior design / architecture or similar degree or certification from a previous workplace indicating significant experience in the field.
  • Experience in the commercial partitions industry.
  • Advantage – experience in the Smart Glass industry.
  • Deep understanding for the office design industry and motivation to acquire new leads in that industry and in different industries as well.
  • You are able to work under pressure, self-driven, flexible and a fast learner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must – ability to present project on C-Level.
  • Must be a self starter and able to work with minimal supervision to produce great results with high ROI. Great communication, presentation and strategic planning skills are required.
