We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our Corporate IT team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our employees have seamless connectivity, productivity, and security. Join us and contribute to building a strong and efficient IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding technical support to Gauzy Ltd employees, resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Diagnose and prioritize reported technical issues, escalating complex problems to relevant departments as needed.
- Provide both on-site and remote support, ensuring uninterrupted IT services.
- Manage the complete IT onboarding and offboarding process, including setting up and deactivating accounts across multiple platforms and tools.
- Support server and cloud solutions, ensuring their optimal performance.
- Integrate and support seamless integration between on-premises and cloud systems.
- Monitor IT systems for smooth operations, troubleshoot issues, and provide innovative solutions for non-standard situations.
- Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations for various cloud platforms and applications.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline IT processes.
- Create knowledge base articles and documentation on implemented solutions and system configurations.
- Manage initial provisioning of IT systems, including laptops and office IT equipment, and provide ongoing support.
- Coordinate IT orders and stock, collaborating closely with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure the maintenance and smooth operation of meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking equipment and standard internet protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Hands-on experience with computer hardware and software installations, administration, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Windows 10 and 11 (required); familiarity with Mac OSX (advantageous)
- Experience with tools such as Intune, Freshworks, and Monday
- Understanding of IT backend environments, including GPO, Active Directory, Office 365, MFA
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a patient, empathetic, and professional approach
- Highly organized with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (required), Hebrew, French is an advantage
