Digital Marketing Manager

Gauzy is seeking a well-rounded digital marketing manager who is eager to help us develop, grow, and maintain our inbound marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have significant experience and proven skills in lead generation, persona development, inbound marketing, content marketing, lead follow up, sales funnels, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and market automation systems. This person should understand the fundamentals of marketing and branding, and be ready to join a fast paced company that is changing industries every day.

Job Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring our sales team has enough MQLs and SQLs to exceed Gauzy’s aggressive growth targets by creating, implementing, and maintaining a high ROI digital strategy
    • Qualify all incoming leads by responding promptly, and assign to sales managers in Salesforce
    • Be accountable and responsible for managing HubSpot and other inbound lead generation tools like paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, re-targeting, e-mail marketing, and social media ads
    • Be responsible for improving conversion rates and optimizing campaign results by constantly evaluating the lead lifecycle, journey, and creating new personas and lead profiles
    • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the outcomes and ROI of activities on sales pipeline (full funnel), revenue, and cycle lengths
    • Coordinate and manage content across all platforms and be hands-on in the writing/editing process as needed

Job Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of successful B2B experience in demand generation and inbound marketing (including lead generation and nurturing, SEO/SEM, marketing campaign execution and measurement)
    • Ability to drive rapid lead and revenue growth with strategies that you help develop with the team
    • Demonstrable experience with Salesforce, and marketing automation systems like HubSpot (preferred), Marketo, or other – required
    • Extremely organized, highly efficient, and motivated to work independently and on a team
    • Additional experience with marketing including trade shows, branding, website design, content, written collaterals, WordPress – highly desirable
    • Exceptionally strong writing, proofing, and editing skills in English (required); other languages a plus
    • Thrives in an extremely fast-paced and dynamic work environment
