Office Manager

Gauzy is looking for an energetic and ambitious Office Manager, who will be responsible for general back-office operations of the company and will assist to ensure a smooth running office and a pleasant work environment.

The Office manager will be sitting at the office front desk.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Day to day office management & ongoing administrative support
  • Manning office reception
  • Direct assistance to the CEO and other management members
  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies inventory
  • General operational support
  • Supervising and documenting the company’s T&A
  • Calendar management and meetings coordination
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
  • Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Education: BA in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with managing external contacts and liaising with suppliers
  • Experience with working in a small team and prioritizing own workload
  • ‘Can Do’ attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to identify and address the little details, as well as the bigger tasks
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English
