We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our marketing team. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting both corporate and business unit functions by assisting in the implementation of marketing strategies, coordinating marketing activities, and providing administrative support to the CMO, and global marketing department. Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, managing internal and external collateral databases for employees and partners.
  • Assist in managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the marketing team, maintaining mailing lists, contact lists, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Manage team “to do” lists with CMO to ensure deliverable timelines are on track and report on such to various stakeholders across the organization as needed. 
  • Assist in scheduling and implementing email campaigns through various internal and external systems. 

2. Marketing Coordination:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote company products/services. 
  • Participate in coordinating marketing activities, including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and other events.

3. Content Development:

  • Support the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, datasheets, and case studies through content (writing or editing), creation of graphic elements, and implementation into templates. 
  • Assist in drafting or editing digital marketing content, such as blog posts, articles, social media posts, and email newsletters, to engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing coordination, administration, or a related role, preferably in a B2B industrial or technology company but not required
  • Fluent English written and verbal required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), graphic design tools (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing software, social media management tools), a plus
  • Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
