Senior Investor Relations Manager

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Investor Relations Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our investor relations (IR) function. This senior-level position is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with the investment community—including institutional investors, retail shareholders, and sell-side analysts—while ensuring accurate and transparent communication of the company’s strategy, performance, and vision.
The role requires close cross-functional collaboration with the executive leadership team and legal counsel to ensure all communications are aligned with corporate strategy, comply with regulatory requirements, and reflect GAUZ’s brand in the capital markets.

Responsibilities
Investor Engagement & Relationship Management
- Develop and execute GAUZ’s global investor relations strategy to support our growth, brand, and valuation objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and the financial media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both institutional and retail investors, as well as sell-side and buy-side analysts.
- Act as a credible, informed, and persuasive spokesperson for GAUZ to the investment community.
Event Planning & Participation
- Plan, coordinate, and manage participation in investor conferences, non-deal roadshows (NDRs), capital markets days, and analyst events.
- Organize quarterly earnings calls, investor webcasts, and presentations, ensuring alignment with the company’s corporate narrative.
- Support C-level executives in investor meetings with briefings, Q&A preparation, and follow-up.
Communications & Disclosures
- Work closely with the executive team and legal counsel to prepare and review all public communications for accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment.
- Develop clear, compelling, and compliant investor communications, including press releases, earnings materials, presentations, fact sheets, and the IR website.
- Ensure adherence to SEC regulations, NASDAQ rules, and corporate disclosure policies, maintaining high standards of transparency and accuracy.
- Monitor analyst coverage, market sentiment, and shareholder composition to provide feedback to senior management.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Conduct peer and sector analysis, benchmarking GAUZ’s performance and valuation against comparable companies.
- Track market trends, investor sentiment, and macroeconomic developments relevant to GAUZ’s business.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of investor relations, equity research, or corporate finance experience, with at least 3 years in a senior IR role.
- Direct experience managing IR for NASDAQ-listed companies is required; experience with Israeli NASDAQ-listed companies is a plus.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required. Additional languages are a plus.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with institutional investors, retail investors, analysts, and financial media.
- Strong understanding of SEC reporting requirements, NASDAQ regulations, and capital markets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
