About The Position

We are seeking a CAD Engineer to join our team, focusing on machine-building projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to fully design machines with a focus on production efficiency. This position requires a self-motivated individual with hands-on abilities and a willingness to continuously learn.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop machine components and assemblies using CAD software.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to create detailed machine designs that meet project requirements.
  • Ensure designs are optimized for production efficiency and reliability.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations for machine improvements.
  • Generate accurate engineering drawings and documentation for manufacturing.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input to enhance design quality and performance.
  • Work closely with production teams to support machine assembly and testing activities.
  • Create drawings for automotive and architectural projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering\practical engineering or related field
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of machine-building principles and manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge in Converting and roll to roll machines-Advantage
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team environment, mainly in Israel and Germany
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with machine building or fabrication is preferred
  • Self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning and skill development
  • Familiarity with PLC-controlled machines is preferred
  • Fluent in English
