Process Development Researcher
About The Position
Gauzy is a global leader in materials science and nanotechnology focused on the development and production of LCG® (Light Control Glass) technologies.
Our R&D department is looking for a talented researcher, who will be responsible of the chemical process analysis.
The scope of work includes novel applications development through improvement of analytical characterization in our process and implementation of new methods.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute end-to-end experiments
Perform routine lab work
Operate and maintain process units at lab scale
Promote establishment of a new database
Generate new tools for analysis and optimize documentation.
Collaborate with different teams in the R&D
Requirements
B.Sc. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, or related fields – is a must.
M.Sc. - an advantage
Hands-on lab experience – is a must.
Experience in the industry – an advantage.
Research experience in the fields of polymer physics, colloid science, or surface chemistry – an advantage.
Hands-on approach with strong technical skills.
Driven and Pro-active.
Creative and open minded.
Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
High communication skills and teamwork.
Able to work in cross functional teams.
