Gauzy is seeking a Lead Copywriter to shape the voice of a cutting-edge technology company and ensure our messaging resonates across global markets. In this senior-level role, you will own the development and execution of compelling, on-brand content that supports demand generation, brand awareness, and sales enablement strategies across multiple business divisions.

As the Lead Copywriter, you’ll serve as the strategic content partner to marketing leadership, business unit managers, product, and sales teams. You will be responsible for translating complex, technical information into clear, engaging messaging for diverse audiences and

Responsibilities

  • Own the creation and evolution of Gauzy’s brand voice and messaging framework across all marketing channels.
  • Write clear, persuasive, and audience-focused content for a variety of formats including brochures, product one-pagers, case studies, websites, email campaigns, ads, scripts, social posts, press releases, articles, presentation decks, and sales tools.
  • Translate complex product and technical content into compelling messaging that connects with stakeholders across architecture, automotive, aeronautics, and safety technology sectors.
  • Serve as the lead content strategist on integrated campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align messaging with business goals.
  • Partner with creative and digital teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across copy and visual assets.
  • Conduct ongoing industry, competitor, and persona research to inform positioning and optimize content effectiveness.
  • Maintain high editorial standards and ensure consistency in tone, voice, and brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • · Collaborate on content planning and editorial calendars to support product launches, events, and global campaigns

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in marketing copywriting, content strategy, or brand messaging in a fast-paced B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated experience owning content strategy and execution in a technical, manufacturing, or deep-tech company.
  • Strong portfolio showing a wide range of content types, including product collateral, web content, sales enablement materials, and brand storytelling.
  • Native or fluent English speaker with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Ability to influence messaging and storytelling across internal teams and external-facing content.
  • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
