We are seeking a visionary Brand & Graphic Design Lead to own and drive the creative direction, visual identity, and brand storytelling of Gauzy globally.

As Brand & Graphic Design Lead, you’ll take full ownership of Gauzy’s creative design and visual branding. You’ll lead the creation of compelling brand experiences through a wide range of formats - from digital assets and printed materials to video content and trade show visuals.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is ideal for a versatile designer with strong motion/video capabilities, a sharp aesthetic, and the ability to bring technical and product-driven stories to life.

Responsibilities

·       Lead and execute visual identity, creative design, and brand storytelling across all marketing and product initiatives.

·       Create high-quality assets including sales and product collateral (brochures, one-pagers, case studies), digital marketing materials (web banners,

social graphics, ads), presentation decks (internal, sales, investor), tradeshow visuals (booth design, signage), branded video and motion content (product explainers, ads, event recaps).

·       Own the video editing and motion design process, creating dynamic, on-brand videos across platforms.

·       Develop and present website wireframes and page mockups to support new product launches, campaign landing pages, or site redesigns.

·       Collaborate with marketing and web development teams to manage website updates and ensure strong visual execution on platforms like WordPress and similar CMS tools.

·       Ensure visual consistency and design excellence across all touchpoints while evolving Gauzy’s visual brand guidelines.

·       Collaborate closely with marketing, product, copywriting, and leadership teams to deliver integrated campaigns and content.

·       Manage creative projects from ideation to final delivery with a high level of autonomy.

Requirements

·       5+ years of professional experience in brand design, graphic design, and motion/video design, ideally in a B2B, manufacturing, or deep-tech

environment

·       Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, and similar design/video tools

·       A portfolio that demonstrates creative leadership, versatility across formats, and excellence in both visual design and video/motion work

·       Proven ability to own and evolve a brand’s visual identity across digital and physical mediums

·       Strong eye for typography, layout, and composition, with a deep understanding of design systems and storytelling

·       Excellent video editing skills and experience producing promotional or educational video content

·       UI/UX or web design experience, including the ability to create wireframes and collaborate on user journeys

·       Experience managing or maintaining websites through CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar

·       Familiarity with 3D design, animation, or interactive media

·   Fluent English and excellent communication skills
