About The Position

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role combines assisting the CEO and supporting the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the CEO's complex schedule, including meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain a schedule of board and committee meetings, ensuring all members are informed, prepared, and aligned.
- Record and maintain accurate minutes of meetings, ensuring timely communication and implementation of decisions.
- Handle personal tasks and responsibilities for the CEO, managing appointments with discretion and confidentiality.
- Organize and safeguard confidential data and information with the highest integrity.
- Coordinate high-profile events, ensuring smooth execution.
Requirements
- 2 -4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to a CEO, C-level management, or VPs -Must
- Experience handling personal tasks and private matters for senior executives, while maintaining strict confidentiality and sensitivity
- Proven experience managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling logistics both locally and internationally
- Experience working with board members – an advantage
- Native-level English proficiency – both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools (Outlook, Google Calendar, etc.)
- High service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with senior-level stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information
